In 2021, there were over 125,000 non-residential structure fires in the United States, along with over 3.5 billion dollars in property loss reported by the NFPA.

In 2021, on average, fire departments responded to a structure fire every
65 seconds, a structure fire death occurred every 2 hours and 54 minutes,
